Do I need to have an account to shop?

No, you just need to enter your details on checkout so we know where to send your order. However, if you do create an account, you can track your orders and stay up to date. Click here

However, if you have a trade account with us, yes you have to be logged in to qualify for your trade discount. Click here

 

How do I qualify for a trade account?

Submit a registration form and we will get back to you to discuss what payment terms we can offer you. You may also qualify for a trade discount. Register here

 

Do you have a Loyalty Program?

Yes, please sign up (bottom left hand side of the page) and earn when you shop, refer a friend and lots more! 

 

How do I redeem a discount voucher or promotion code?

Shop as you regularly would. Go to checkout and copy the promo code into the "discount" field and click Apply.

 

How long does it take to process my order?

Your order will be processed within 24 hours if ordered Monday - Friday.

All orders that are placed from 12:00pm on Friday - Sunday will be processed on the following Monday

 

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Your order will be shipped with a courier company once it has been processed. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please make sure you enter a daytime physical address.

If you live in Gauteng or a major city such as Durban, Bloemfontein, Nelspruit etc, your order should be delivered within 24 hours once shipped

If you live in a major city in the Eastern or Western Cape, your order should be delivered within 48 hours once shipped

If you live in an outlying area, your order can take from 72 hours to a week to be delivered.

Our shipping rates are calculated on price and location. We only deliver from our main branch in Johannesburg.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind

Yes you can. If it has already been shipped you might be charged a shipping fee

 

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes you can. Within 7 days of receiving the item, as long as the item is still sealed in its original packaging. You might be charged a shipping fee

 

What if my item is damaged?

Contact us for collection. Once the item has been evaluated, we will process your refund. PLEASE NOTE THAT INTERSPARES ADHERES TO THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY ON ALL PRODUCTS. 

 

Returns Policy

The product was not what you ordered:

Return item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The returned product needs to be sealed in its original, undamaged packaging and it must have not been used.

We will pay for collection and should you chose a replacement we will also cover the cost of the delivering the correct item.

You just don’t love it or changed your mind:

Return item within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement, it’s up to you.

Faulty product:

During warranty period, items will be repaired, exchanged, replaced or refunded.

We will pay for the collection of your item and if we exchange or replace we will pay for the delivery to you.
